So I'll have to agree with that. And I'll never turn down an excuse for a chocolate :) Maybe add a little peppermint schnaps in there too, haha.TexaGermaFinlaNadianhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14203116752208683591noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25226414.post-68067116176886815272012-02-16T21:43:35.803-08:002012-02-16T21:43:35.803-08:00ah Christmas is always my favorite thing about win...ah Christmas is always my favorite thing about winter. We never got much snow here in the valley in Oregon - winter to me is usually memories of rain (and fall and spring too). But, when we did get snow it was always memorable and super fun. We always had school cancelled just for a dusting of snow too, because no one knows how to drive in the snow here.

Great post!Kathyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07650006222824756753noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25226414.post-56522707971102402782012-02-16T17:42:40.916-08:002012-02-16T17:42:40.916-08:00Growing up in Florida, we don't really have se...Growing up in Florida, we don't really have seasons so winter is almost the same as summer, except for it's a bit chillier! I'm hoping that moving to Michigan this summer will afford my kids the same fun next winter. :/Lynettehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04074482901584902513noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25226414.post-36798668033082890302012-02-15T16:17:27.079-08:002012-02-15T16:17:27.079-08:00We got lots of snow when I was growing up, too! Since my mom worked for the schools she wouldn't have to work either and then my dad felt left out so he would call in sick - then we would walk to the Video store and rent a ton of movies. We would stay home in our PJ's, watching movies, eating grilled cheese and tomato soup and have so much fun!

xoxo from TrinidadAnonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11965163514944469792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25226414.post-27210944817972837442012-02-15T11:54:52.877-08:002012-02-15T11:54:52.877-08:00Fun post! I also loved that we had a family tradition of going to this ski/sledding park and sledding down this giant hill. All my cousins would go and our parents would sit inside and drink hot chocolate (among other things, I'm sure!) and we would go down the hill a bajillion times!Amber @ A Little Pink in the Cornfieldshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06898255649481697297noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-25226414.post-31395033109317819662012-02-15T05:34:51.008-08:002012-02-15T05:34:51.008-08:00In the deep south snow doesn't come every year...In the deep south snow doesn't come every year.
